Where to eat during n:ear?
(recommended by Jakub Juhás @___mappa)
The food is expensive in Banská Štiavnica, don’t expect gastronomic experiences.
Happily recommended:
@hajovna_cervena_studna - The people of Hájovňa usually cook on weekends. Mainly soups. They will prepare food during the program that takes place on Thursday.
@kc.eleuzina - Chef Marek tends to cook something quickly - sparingly.
Hotel Glaus - Tasty, with a nice terrace and service, after which you don't have to go through rituals of purification.
Penzión na Kopci - For a visitor it is a bit off the festival map.
Štiavnická Špacírka - They will definitely say hello and thank you. Top pagáče, lokše and koláče.
Recommended almost without shame:
Pasta per-te v opere - Once upon a time, babies were born there, now they eat pasta there. They say it's haunted there.
Veža burger - Traditional Štiavnica delivery (don't go there in person).
UV Pizzeria - Traditional Štiavnica delivery (don't go there in person). The only car you saw during lockdown in BŠ Hills.
Viet kitchen - The Vietnamese bistro that every district town desires. With the word district underlined.
Reštaurácia Svätá Barborka (the tray part) - Miners’ restaurant, cheap menu, definitely worth a visit.
Lemberg Bistro - Vegan, expensive, small portions, but delicious.
Coffee:
Stará škola
Pulp - For a visitor it is a bit off the festival map.
Bar:
Art cafe, Archanjel, Hájovňa, Eleuzína
Not recommended - risky:
Gallery, BlackM, Matej, Reštaurácia Svätá Barborka (the pizza part, terrace)
Not recommended - very risky:
U Böhma, Fortune, U Gazdu
